The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me! I was so surprised by the excitement and interest when I started posting on Instagram and Facebook about how you can support your mental health with nutrition… I had no idea how much of a need there was for this kind of information! It was complete validation from the Lord that He really did put that nudge in my heart to become certified in using nutrition and integrative medicine to support mental health. I love seeing how He continues to make me useful, as a wife, mother and counselor. This journey is exciting!

So here we are, Faith, Hope & Food, a place where I hope to be able to encourage you to make assertive changes in your life to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, attention and focus deficits and more. God provides what we need… food, herbs, exercises, even the sounds of His great earth can be healing. I pray that this venture is a blessing for everyone!

I am an Air Force wife, homeschooling mother to two boys, counselor and follower of Jesus. What a wonderful way to encourage others, share your journey, and use the gifts God has given you! I am so proud of the positive steps you have made and the open and honest way you willingly share them. I am confident many will be blessed by your personal – and practical – topics. You say what you mean and have run it through the gristmill of your everyday life. That is a powerful combination! I look forward to watching your influence and outreach grow. I’m super excited to learn and in the process get to know you better. I am so blessed to call you friend. You have already blessed me so much in helping me through that nasty post pardon after the twins, ugh! I can’t wait to read all that you have to share. You are inspiring for sure! Love ya lady
